Interiors establishes structural volumes for the body to negotiate that are made almost entirely of inside space. Their anti-matieral forms are made to move within and through. Constructed from wood and paint, the sculptures are able to be dismantled and re-installed anywhere, serving as nomadic sets or backdrops for performative moments. Inspired by rudimentary clothing forms reminiscent of containers for the body - like shirts and pants - they are interior spaces made externalized, public, and porous... spaces to move with and inhabit.
